Fees (Independent Contractor or Permanent Positions)
Casual bookings will be at the base hourly rate as listed in the Care Rates below. On occasion, high demand and low supply may require us to ask you to offer more than the below recommended rates in order to secure a carer. Double time applies for Bookings made on Public holidays. Permanent ongoing positions demand a higher hourly rate than the Casual Care Rates listed below. The Carer's hourly rate will be determined in consultation with you after Melbourne’s Leading Nanny Agency assesses your work requirements and considers, for example, the number of persons to be cared for, ages of persons to be cared for, required duties, qualifications and experience of the Carer, current market trends and any specific or unique circumstances which you may have

Independent Contractors
30 hours or less per week.
As an independent contractor, a Carer can commit to specific days of work with a Client on a short-term or ongoing basis. Such Carer will continue to collect a daily agency fee to be remitted to Melbourne’s Leading Nanny Agency. The engagement of a Carer on an infrequent, short-term or ongoing basis in the capacity of an independent contractor does not require a Client to guarantee permanent work for the Carer, and the engagement can be terminated at any time.

Permanent Positions
30 hours or more per week.
Upon completion by a Carer of at least 10 working days or engagements you may engage the Carer on an ongoing basis. You will need to consider the factors set out below and you will be required to discuss and reach agreement with the Carer on all the points listed in the "Permanent Placement Check List" (available upon request). Melbourne’s Leading Nanny Agency also requires that a written contract be prepared and signed by both you and the Carer. Melbourne’s Leading Nanny Agency can assist with these steps if required.

Pricing Table - all inclusive (as at 1 December 2010)
Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to commencement of a placement incur a $40 cancellation Fee. Cancellations made at the door incur a $60 cancellation Fee.
More than 2 children, extra $1 per hour per child.
Minimum 3 hours, all prices include $20 agency fee inc. GST, insurance and $4 travel fee.
